- Establish OEM/ODM contract manufacturing agreements with GMP-certified units.
- Set up warehouse integration, reverse logistics management, and delivery SLAs (<48h in top 10 metros).
- Manage procurement, packaging design execution, and raw ingredient batch consistency.
